Design and Construction Management section provides the planning, estimating, project construction supervision and coordination required to support units requiring construction services. Scope of activities range from preliminary plans and estimates for minor renovation of offices or laboratories to participation in needs assessment, program definition and design of major new construction and building renovation projects. This section is responsible for the administration of all architectural and engineering professional services and construction contracts, maintenance of the campus facilities' data base, and preparation of the annual state request for capital projects.
