| The mission of
the Physical Facilities Department is to help plan, create and maintain a high
quality campus environment conducive to teaching, learning and research within

strives to anticipate and provide the physical environment that enables
Missouri S&T to achieve its objectives in teaching, learning, and research.
In support of this endeavor, the department has implemented a Work Request System. This
system allows the customer to enter routine requests directly into MAXIMO, our
computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
